Bankside safety

We hope you are enjoying your fishing, great to be back! Word of caution, it has been reported that one of our members fell into Castles Lake and it was also reported that our member was fishing from the side of one of our new platforms.

Please fish from the platforms provided, these have been built for your safety whilst fishing. If you have to leave the platform and step on the bank maybe to untangle your line, land a fish, or for wherever reason please be vigilant  at all times, as you well know banks can be slippery no matter what the weather conditions, wet after rain, morning dew, lush foliage etc.
