Watford Piscators Angling Club
The club aims to provide high-quality coarse fishing in a friendly environment in and around Watford, South Hertfordshire. One of the main features of South Hertfordshire is the Colne Valley which is home to sections of the Grand Union Canal, the rivers Colne as well as many gravel pits and lakes.
Watford Piscators owns or leases the fishing rights to a number of these waters, many of which are available for the exclusive fishing of club members. Fish caught from our waters are regularly reported in the angling press, particularly the larger carp which are often caught from Tolpits Lake.
