The Clubs Season runs from 1st May to 30th April.  Canals are open all year round. Rivers close from 15th March and open 16th June.

 

At Watford Piscators we are changing our membership system over to Clubmate for the 25/26 season. For anyone wishing to be on our waiting list, please click the link below to sign up and agree to the T&C’s then you will be registered. Once you have signed up it should ask for a promo code which will be sent to you via email as soon as we start going through the waiting list in May 2025.

 

For this coming season (’25/26) and going forward, the committee has taken the decision to move over to the Clubmate system, this system will allow all members to renew their memberships, it will have a member’s dashboard where your membership details will be listed along with your picture, gate codes etc.

We have found that the app is easy to use, and it will be beneficial to the club going forward.

Download the Clubmate Fishing App on your smart phone from your App store on Apple or google play for android phones. This can also be done online via their website.

 

You will need to log into your account by entering your email address that currently have on file, no other email can be used at this time as it will not find you, if you want to change your email address, please let me know ASAP. so that I can add it to the system.

 

An passcode may well be sent to you via email with a onetime code which you will allow you to set up your own password.

 

You must then upload an up-to-date photo of yourself, add your address and emergency contact details.  Photo is mandatory. Once this has been done you will then see your membership plan, rulebook, match fixtures list etc. Some of these sections are currently blank, these will be updated after the AGM in March 2025.If you are unable to download the app you can use the link below.

 

You must have an email address to use this system, if you cannot obtain one through friends or family you will need to come to the complex and we will help set you up. I (Tony) will be holding membership tutorials on our complex in April, so keep an eye out for the dates.

 

 

This must be done when you renew your membership on the clubmate App or Online in April of this year. The renewal process will open on the clubmate app on 1st April 2025 and it will close on 30th April 2025. Please make sure that all renewals are done before 1st May as per the rule book. No membership’s will be accepted after this date, there will be no exceptions, as the system automatically closes and cancels your membership. Life Members/Gold cards holder once you have logged in and set up your clubmate App your will account will be active for life.
