Broadacres and the River Gade

Hello Each, important Society news regarding changes to:

BROADACRES AND THE RIVER GADE

Our Landlord has informed us he will be cancelling our lease on Broadacres and River Gade as he now feels he needs to take back Broadacres and the River Gade for his own use.

HOW THIS WILL AFFECT WATFORD PISCATORS

BROADACRES LAKE: Watford Piscators Members will stop fishing Broadacres Lake after the 31st October 2020 and give up all rights to fish and rights of access to the Lake and Banks after this date.

RIVER GADE: Watford Piscators will be allowed to fish the River Gade until the 14th March 2021 with access until 31st March 2021 and give up all rights to fish and rights of access to the River Gade and Banks after this date.

It is sad to loose the use of both of these waters as they have been part of our fishing choices for members for sometime. We thank our Landlord for his help when needed in the past and wish him, every good luck for the future with his new venture.
